OM Software Internet Solutions has been awarded a contract by Home Media Professionals, Houston, Texas, USA for the task of transforming the existing look of Home Media Professionals website into an attractive, feature rich, search engine optimized and user friendly website. In addition OM Software will provide Web 2.0 functionality to allow Home Media Professional customers interaction with service management, knowledge base, and scheduling tools.

Servicing our customers at a touch of a button is an essential functionality and is no longer an option” says Maria Tsenaeva, CEO of Home Media Professinals, “New site design and Web 2.0 functionality will allow our customers access to our services and support with same simplicity as using their remote control.

Home Media Professionals web presence revised in 2005 was informational in nature and did not offer any services currently in demand by their clients. In addition the current site did not segment the audience by type visitor and their needs.

Scheduled for launch on May 1, 2010 the new site at www.homemediapros.com will contain latest in flash and content management technologies, allow for customer interaction based on their specific needs, and will have Web 2.0 functionality for secure access to customer knowledge base, configuration files, scheduling, bid submissions, and on-line payment of invoices.
